1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: None

  • Return Shipping: Free for approved returns

  • Return instructions and shipping details will be provided after approval

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 10 business days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund if a replacement is not available


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

Approved exchanges are shipped at no additional cost.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement

  • After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled

  • If cancellation is no longer possible, the order may still qualify for return after delivery
